Laura and Andy's Wedding

Our second wedding of the weekend was that of Laura and Andy over in Lower Beeding, West Sussex. An early start this morning to make the buttonholes and the corsages saw us having our breakfast watching the rabbits having theirs in the Broadview Gardens!

Laura and Andy's colour scheme was to be red, especially that of red Roses. Laura wanted to hold a neat teardrop bouquet of red Roses, cream Freesia and cream Lisianthus with plenty of foliage and a hint of lemony green Bupleurum. The Bridesmaids' were to hold the same flowers but in the hand tied style.

The Groom wore a single red Grand Prix Rose with cream Lisianthus and the groomsmen and ladies wore a single red Rose buttonhole with foliage and grass.

Laura and Andy's ceremony was held in Lower Beeding at the church of the Holy Trinity. They wanted a flower arrangement on the altar where they were to say their vows.

The reception was held at the beautiful South Lodge Hotel, just down the road from the church. Laura had seen a picture of the exact table arrangements she wanted and we created them for her. A fishbowl vase of deep red Grand Prix Roses in an informal hand tied. The colour worked really well in the room and as they are such a beautiful flower they really spoke for themselves. For the top table, 4 fishbowls were used along its length.

The cake had a small flower arrangement on the top tier and a scattering of red Rose petals on the cake table.

We also created a couple of thank you bouquets in the choice of the bridal flowers and finished them with red ribbon to match in with the colour theme of the wedding.

We would like to wish Laura and Andy all the best for their future together!
