Patsy and Denis' Wedding

We met with a lovely couple just before Christmas for a very quickly planned wedding (under 2 months!) who were getting married in January. They were very open with what they wanted simply giving the colour scheme and the style of designs they wanted. They chose peaches and creams with a hint of soft green and lots of country style foliages.

For Patsy we created a Singapore Orchid corsage and for Denis and the Groomsmen we made single Rose buttonholes. For the ladies we created Freesia and Lisianthus corsages, all with ivy leaves.

For the intimate ceremony, Patsy and Denis chose Tonbridge Castle. We created a tall candelabra arrangement using Orchids, Roses, Lisianthus and Viburnum with lots of foliages. We also created two arrangements for the Registrar's table that were then moved to the reception.

Registrar Table Arrangements

Patsy and Denis chose The Chaser Inn for their reception venue and used the beautiful Chapel Room with its vaulted ceiling and wood panelling. We moved the tall candelabra to the corner of the room and the registrar table flowers to either end of the table. In the centre of the table we placed another black candelabra with a flower arrangement. Patsy and Denis wanted the staff to have some flowers at the end of the day and so we created hand tied arrangements in cube vases that were placed on the mantelpiece and on the window sills. We ran out of camera battery so we don't have pictures of the room set up so when the pictures come through from the photographer we will show you!
