Gemma and Jonathan's Wedding

We love how every couple we have the pleasure of working with on their wedding flowers have different ideas of how they want their wedding to be.

When we met with Gemma and her mother in law to be, Gemma didn't have much knowledge about flowers, but after discussing her wedding plans and introducing her to our portfolio, she fell in love with a bright pink Gerbera bouquet that would compliment her purple colour theme.

Gemma's bouquet was an understated, but bold, hand tied bouquet of bright pink Gerbera with loops of bear grass and finished with a matching bright pink ribbon handle and pearl detailing.

For Gemma's three bridesmaids, we created smaller hand tied bouquets of bright pink Gerberas which would enhance the purple of their dresses.

For Jonathan and his groomsmen we created buttonholes from small bright pink Germini, with Jonathan's having the extra touch of bear grass loops to match his bride's bouquet.

For the mother of the groom we created a single pink Rose corsage with bear grass loops.

Gemma and Jonathan were to be married in Tunbridge Wells, with their reception taking place at Sevenoaks School. We decorated the reception venue with lots of table centre pieces and top table arrangements.

Gemma chose to add purple into the table arrangements and also lime green to add a pop of colour alongside the bright pink Gerberas and pink Roses. Bear grass loops were added to encircle the hand tied arrangements that were placed in our large cube vases.
