Romola and Adrian's Wedding

We recently worked with Romola and Adrian on their wonderful cultural fusion wedding. From our very first meeting, Romola and Adrian wanted to incorporate white to signify the English side of their partnership and red to signify the Indian side of their partnership. Roses were chosen for their traditionally English significance and Romola also wanted exotic Orchids added into her bouquet and Adrian's buttonhole to signify Romola's Asian roots.

Romola's bridal bouquet consisted of beautiful white Avalanche Roses and red Grand Prix Roses along with ivory Cymbidium Orchids. The bouquet was a hand tied style in a neat and compact shape. We finished the bouquet with gold ribbon and pearl detailing.

Romola's bridesmaid wore a red dress and so we created a hand tied bouquet in all white Avalanche Roses and again finished the bouquet with gold ribbon and pearl detailing.

Adrian wore a buttonhole of a single Avalanche Rose with a single Cymbidium Orchid.

Adrian's groomsmen wore single Avalanche Rose buttonholes.

For Adrian's sister we created a single Cymbidium Orchid corsage.

The ceremony was held in St John's Church, Hildenborough where we decorated the church with two pedestals, a long and low arrangement for the altar and single Rose pew ends.

We created a top table arrangement and guest table arrangement for the wedding breakfast at Thackery's, Tunbridge Wells but forgot to take pictures before the arrangements were collected by Adrian! We also moved the pedestal arrangements to the later reception at St Julian's, Sevenoaks but again forgot to take some pictures!

We hope Romola and Adrian had a wonderful day and we wish them every happiness in their future together.
