Lucinda and Paul's Wedding

We met with Lucinda and her mother in law to be to discuss her wedding flowers. Lucinda wanted her flowers to compliment her Cadbury purple and cream colour scheme. For her own bouquet Lucinda chose a teardrop bouquet with plenty of purple Lisianthus and Veronica alongside cream Avalanche Roses and dark green foliages.

Lucinda's bridesmaids wore dark purple dresses, both slightly different with diamante detailing across the bodices. To compliment their dresses, hand tied bouquets were chosen with slightly more cream flowers. The bouquets included cream Avalanche Roses, ivory and dark purple Lisianthus and ivory Veronica.

Paul wore an Avalanche Rose buttonhole with an accent of dark purple Lisianthus.

For the ladies we created scented cream Freesia and ivory Lisianthus corsages with magnets to attach.

The ceremony and reception took place at The Holiday Inn at Wrotham. Lucinda loved Bay trees and it was the first thing she said she wanted to stand either side of the doors to the ceremony/reception room.
We dressed two Bay trees with dark purple bows and cream Gerbera.

For the Registrar's table, we dressed it with a long and low arrangement using the same flowers featured throughout.

As the ceremony room was to be later transformed into the reception room, we couldn't set up the tables with the flower arrangements but we created simple fishbowl arrangements with floating flower heads of cream Avalanche Roses and dark purple Lisianthus to be seated on our large mirror plates.

We hope Lucinda and Paul had a wonderful day and we wish them every happiness in their future together!
